Solid Stay with Handy Amenities

pivoting television breakfast options building maintenance warm reception

The room features a television that pivots from the bed to the sitting area. This added convenience worked well. Breakfast included varied options, like fresh fruit and hot dishes. I found it quite tasty. The building was well maintained. This showed attention to detail. Reception staff welcomed me warmly. This made a good first impression.

I noticed some slight staining on the carpets in the corridors. This detracted a little from the overall impression.

Service

9/10

Customer service from all staff was excellent. I experienced prompt assistance. The reception staff provided a warm welcome. Staff assisted with directions. I reached my appointments on time.

Location

10/10

The location provides easy access to the train station. I moved around easily. Several bus stops locate near the hotel. I accessed different parts of the city. Many stores and cafes locate nearby. I explored the area.

Facilities

9/10

The gym includes essential equipment. I used the treadmill. A laundry room allows guests to wash clothes. I appreciated this convenience. The rooftop bar is worth visiting. I saw the city from there.

Rooms

9/10

The room offered sufficient space. I felt at ease. The television spun around from the bed to the sitting room. This gave good viewing angles. The room had everything needed. I lacked for nothing.

small fitness room awful evening meal

The included breakfast was acceptable and served its purpose.

I encountered issues with the fitness room. It was far too small. People had to queue to use machines, unacceptable for a hotel of this size. the evening meal was awful. The lack of a proper drinks menu made selecting beverages needlessly difficult.
