the room had a clever tv unit, useful for watching from bed or the sofas. a kitchenette equipped with all necessities was a great convenience.

breakfast lacked fresh berries and yoghurt (i'm pretty sure other guests noticed this too).

leaking sink insufficient tissues

the kitchen sink leaked, and the floor remained wet. i did not get enough tissues provided in the room. the tv did not have any playback options, nor could i connect my phone to it (which i found frustrating).

pivoting television breakfast options building maintenance warm reception

The room features a television that pivots from the bed to the sitting area. This added convenience worked well. Breakfast included varied options, like fresh fruit and hot dishes. I found it quite tasty. The building was well maintained. This showed attention to detail. Reception staff welcomed me warmly. This made a good first impression.

I noticed some slight staining on the carpets in the corridors. This detracted a little from the overall impression.

small fitness room awful evening meal

The included breakfast was acceptable and served its purpose.

I encountered issues with the fitness room. It was far too small. People had to queue to use machines, unacceptable for a hotel of this size. the evening meal was awful. The lack of a proper drinks menu made selecting beverages needlessly difficult.

combined kitchen living room

my room featured a combined kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom. it felt spacious, roughly 40-50 square meters in size (i was really surprised!).

the cleaning was a bit slapdash, i noticed a few dust bunnies remained.
